For order-related enquiries, include your full name and order number.

If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photographs or video of the item, outer parcel, internal packaging and shipping label, and keep all packaging while the case is reviewed. Early notice helps preserve carrier evidence and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Terra Decode is an independent botanical jewellery studio based in China. Pieces are handmade in small batches using real preserved flowers and natural materials.

Before returning an item, contact us for the correct return address and instructions. This prevents international parcels being sent to an unsuitable studio or logistics address. Mandatory return rights remain unaffected.

We aim to reply during normal business days in China. Response times may be longer during launches, public holidays and periods of high order volume.
