For order-related enquiries, include your full name and order number.

If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of the carrier marking the parcel delivered. Include clear photographs or video of the item, outer parcel, internal packaging and shipping label, and keep all packaging until the case is resolved.

Terra Decode is an independent botanical jewellery studio based across Yunnan and Sichuan, China. Our pieces are handmade in small batches using real preserved flowers and natural materials.

Do not send any item back without written authorisation. International return instructions are provided only after a request has been reviewed.

We aim to reply during normal business days in China. Response times may be longer during launches, public holidays and periods of high order volume.
